Texture mapping problem on buildings
Good morning, SBuilderX313 offers the possibilty to create and texture buildings using the basic shapes and texture templates provided by FSX. A nice function which I'm using quite frequently. But actually I am facing troubles there because of obvious texture mapping problems. The selected textures ...

Re: How to build elevated objects
Hmmm ... no replies since 12 days? Hasn't anybody the same or similar problems? Ther usage of the "building" function of SBuilderX is very much limitted by this because it is impossible to "staple" buildings over each other. It even would be helpful to know, if it is a non recognized bug within SBui...

How to build elevated objects
To be exact I have two problems: 1) How to produce an elevated object: If I place an airport object like a helipad into a SBuilder-project I am able to define an altitude (as absolute or AGL value) - this works fine for me. But if I try to create a building which I want to "float in the air" (which ...

Re: Objects from fs9_custom_buildings_ss dont appear in scenery
Hi once more, I AM A COMPLETE FOOL! I just needed to read the text of the FLIGHTSIM download page! FS9BLDS1.ZIP and FS9BLDS2.ZIP are the files I need in addition to make it work! It was a complete accident that several buildings I used must have been used before in other sceneries and worked therefo...

Re: Objects from fs9_custom_buildings_ss dont appear in scenery
Good morning Luis, I am aware that I need BGLs and the related textures for the objects. The objects and their textures were not distributed with the object packages (maybe I used an unclear wording) as you see from the quote below. All of them should be present from the original installation of MSF...

Re: Objects from fs9_custom_buildings_ss dont appear in scenery
Hi Luis, yes, I can see all the preview thumbnails with SBuilder and I am able to use at least some of the objects. The packages do NOT include any BGLs or BMPs, so I am sure that (at least most of) the objects and their textures should already be present on any PC with MSFS2004 installed. Just cust...

Re: Objects from fs9_custom_buildings_ss dont appear in scenery
Good morning Luis, yes, your forum software seems to work a lot better now! The ASDs are not the problem - all of them work perfect. The trouble makers are the library objects and within them clearly the FS9-objects. The libraries origin from Sidney Schwartz and could be downloaded from avsim (prior...

Objects from fs9_custom_buildings_ss dont appear in scenery
Hi folks, I have a problem with the objects which come together with SBuilder in the object libraries fs9_custom_buildings_ss_1 and _2: - Some objects from fs9_custom_buildings_ss_1 and lots of out from fs9_custom_buildings_ss_2 are diplayed correctly in the object selection menue, but dont appear a...

Re: Help for Sbuilder FS2004
Hi Lucio, if I get you right you want to have the bitmap displayed in your scenery, don't you? But this is not possible by using the MAP function - you will just have a scaled template of the area available in SBuilder to make object positioning easier! The map will never be compiled into a photo ti...

VTP-polygon with photoreal texture
Good morning everybody, I have – as an unexperienced newbie – got stuck in a problem and did not manage to work around: I am using FS9 and SBuilder 2.05/6 and intend to create a scenery for a quite small area (about 500 x 500 m) within an existing city scenery. The background for my scenery should b...
