How can I combine multiple .bmp files

Hello. I'm trying to combine multiple lvl-16 scenery here. I successfully merged multiple .bgl files (21 of them) into a single .bgl file. Now I want to create water and blendmask for the scenery. So how do I stitch all the .bmp files into a single one, so I can edit it later in photo editing softwa...
