G'day Guys, I use that function all the time. This evening I hunted down & resolved what may have been a similar problem where I had accidentally double clicked & placed two points on the same spot. Once I located the offending point & separated them I was able to successfully smooth the line. I hav...

Exclude Helipads
Anybody have any idea on how to exclude unwanted helipads?
I have one in the wrong position at YBCS & am having difficulty in removing it.
Any suggestions?
Cheers,
Ross

I removed the previous exclude poly I had which intersected the water one & I now can see the added canal I intended to add. No shore line though. Anybody had any success wi...

Hi Jose,
That's an excellent idea to use your aircraft position to indicate where you need to zoom to. Will remember it in future.
Cheers,
Ross

Thanks for the reply's Luis & Jose. Much appreciate your help. Well it looks like the background map was there all the time however it was so small I was unable to locate it. [:I] Have now done a series of maps zooming out to cover Australia entirely - won't have trouble finding my way around any mo...

Well looks like I jumped the gun a bit. It appeared last night that I had the maps working OK. I was able to see YBBN airport & the mouth of the Brisbane river as per my cached manifold Google Map. So I began work on trying to exclude part of the coastline & draw a canal/ river that is missing from ...

Hi Jose, I have the maps working now by the look of things. Late in the evening here now so I will have a play around with this in the morning & let you know how I get on. Quite remarkable how the program now calibrates its own maps. I am looking forward to working with this. Many thanks for your he...

I'm still having no luck in getting a background map to show properly. Is there a link to any info on how to use this? I have tried doing it via version 205 however I still cannot get it to work. The one map I did get to show properly & appeared to match up with my aircraft position in FSX didn't sh...
