This is all new to moir so please bear with me. I have successfully got some lines in (as a road) and I would like to edit them with adding more points and creating other roads to join up.
Research on this forum indicates that you press I key to add a point. However nothing happens. Are there other keys to press at same time? Do you have the line or pointer selected? How is it actually achieved?
Also is there a way to have another road snap to the alignment of a second road/line?
Thanks SB

Re: How to edit lines
Hi SB.
Make sure the line-mode icon is selected, and select the line you wish to change. Then hold down the "i" key and add the points.

Re: How to edit lines
Thanks Dick
I said I was new and slow. LOL
Just for anyone else that has the trouble and comes accross this thread.
Action to add point:
You select the line while in line mode and then while holding the "i" key you add the point with a left mouse click.
The later was where I was going wrong.
Cheers
