Sbuilder register does not work at all

Hi, all.
I downloaded Sbuilder for FS9 and also installed it step by step as demanded. But at the point to register, my problem starts: Although I filled in the correct register ID for privat use (including email and name), I am still waiting for the password to use Sbuilder. Who can solve the problem?
