Shift B in line mode

Post by rkruijer » Thu May 18, 2006 8:13 am

Hi,

From the help file.

>hold the B key (B for brake) and click with the Left Mouse over a >segment of a Line to Brake it into 2 parts

I tried it but it does not work in v205

Is it only me?

No it's not you. I just tried it and it has no effect here either. Holding down 'I' will insert a point fine and holding 'D' will delete a point but 'B' seems to do nothing

Hi

The help text is wrong! You should click over a point of a line and not over a segment! It is the line that will be broken! Not the segment! Sorry!

Regards, Luis

ps: Panos - could not play your avi! something is wrong with my video codecs!

I was not able to see that video. When I went to the site it turns out to be closed. Is dat permanent or just when you go to bed? [:)]
I suspect that there may be more videos.
I am just getting in to this sbuilder. All I want to do is make an island or change an existing island. Nice yellow to white beaches, coconut and plam trees etc.
Does anyone know a tutorial that describes this part of sbuilder?
"How to make an island with Sbuilder." Step by step would be nice.
I have seen a few but none of them cover this particular creation.[V]

Roelof

have you checked over at www.fs-freeflow.com in the shop talk forum. Scott has some tutorials there. In any case the Freeflow guys are pretty much expert on using SBuilder for ground works [:)][:)]
