Newbie question

Trying to build a road. Cannot seem to select the polygon properties

Roads are lines - does that help? or cannot you get the line properties?

Create your line or poly. In line mode or poly mode as appropriate left click on part of the line or poly so it is highlighted green then right click on it and you should get a context menu - properties are at the bottom

Thanks. I found it. Can I manually type in the LAt/long on line points or do I need to draw them (move) with a mouse?
