Unfortunately I must agree! Google may have changed the ground rules again.

It does work!! This version used to access a previous database which lacked some updates. I found that Pittsburgh used to be of poor quality with this version. Now it is ok. The loss of the Boundaries extents also works!

Hello,

Can you point me a region where you can not get the same maps?

This is the best API to capture Google images, because one can obtain the 4 corners coordinates, among many others I've seen in the Net.

To become better, as many have suggested, it lacks: a greater image (5.600 x 3.600) and shows the window with the coordinates in a region where one can copy and paste (to clipboard).

Thanks, Luís.

Hi Luis

Your original link ( the one that captures the co-ordinates ) does not show updated images for areas of Scotland that are available using version 2.
For the moment, where updated images are available, I have been capturing the images from version 2 and with the same centre point grabbing the co-ordinates from version 1. This obviously makes the whole process a little more time consuming.

I take a screen shot of the version-2 with the coordinates visible. Then use that picture to manually enter the numbers into SBuilder. Not as nice as copy/paste in V1.
