SBuilder: floating on a lake

Hi,
Made a lake and my amphibian Cessna floats well.
Made another lake and this time the aircraft will not float but stands there upon the water. Under the lake polygon is a flatten. of a nearby scenery. Should I make also an exclude lake ? ... Or more ?
