Manifold Toolbar Gone From IExplorer??-Fixed

<b></b>The Manifold toolbar has disappeared from IExplorer. I had used it with no problems since SBuilderX was released. I have un-installed it and removed all "manifold" references from the registry. Re-install but no luck. It is shown as enabled in the Manage Addons window with reference to mscoree.dll.
Is there some setting I was luck enough to have when I first ran the Manifold Toolbar? I will be trying various security settings but I thought that maybe someone had already done the dirty work and discovered a secret key...
