Re: Tile Server Plug-Ins for SBuilderX
Google has changed the tile version sequence, and Microsoft has changed the linking to OneDrive. Unfortunately the link will probably take you to the Onedrive page for the download, and you'll have to type PTSim's address into your browser to return here. Still figuring this out. Right-click and select open in new tab.

The above link should now work, but it will take you away to OneDrive.Zappa wrote:Hi Dick,

Hi community
Since the last weekend I can't download anymore the tiles from GE. From VE/Bing it works. I use the GE Version 619. Can you confirm this or it's my bad.
Oh, I work with Maps2Bgl since many years and I'd never problems with the downloads.

I see, it's no so much traffic here. Maybe I get a answere this weekend? Can somebody try to download tiles from GE?
Re: Tile Server Plug-Ins for SBuilderX

Sorry, haven't been able to try as I am attempting to migrate to an SSD at the moment, without much luck.
Hopefully, Dick Ludowise will soon step in with a new version of the Google dll.
Best regards.

Yes fingers crossed that Dick can sort it again. I've had a quick look but I'm still just as stumped as I was when I tried back in April!
Luis, Regarding your disk migration; "Macrium Reflect Free" worked really well for me. It'll allow you to clone your old HDD to your new SSD (so long as this is bigger!) all from within windows. Might be worth a try.
Good luck!

Re: Tile Server Plug-Ins for SBuilderX
Thanks for the tip. That's what I use and it does clone well. But, my drives are a little messed up. I have Grub booting Windows from a second hard drive and the clone won't boot. I'll have to try the Repair Console or just install a new copy of Win 7 to the SSD.
Yes, Everything should work fine as soon as Dick fixes the dll. Many thanks to him for his dedication because without the Google server SBuilder would be seriously crippled.
Best regards.

Re: Tile Server Plug-Ins for SBuilderX
I have just tested the google 619 dll with SBuilderX 3.14, and it works fine for both the 64-bit and 36-bit versions. The problem isn't with the dlls or SBuilderX.

Thank you for your response.
That's realy realy strange. With Bing the download works. Until one week the download with GE works with vers 203. Than I change to vers 619. Now I get just withe tiles.
I'll try now on a other PC with Win10

I have now made a quick test of Dick's last Google dll and it works without problems.
I got multiple zoom levels up to level 17 of the Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
If you are having problems, please indicate the precise location so that we can also test there.
Best regards.
