I'm not sure the plugin is the issue. It may be The TileServer.dll or SBX itself, but the dll should be OK.
I'll look at the other DLLs and see if they are similar in behavior.

Here is a rework of the SrtmMag and it also includes the Landsat7 pan-sharpened "psuedo-bright" imagery for the whole planet ( 15m per pixel). This example uses 2 sources for data, so the downloading of tiles should be a bit quicker and reliable.

C# Source is included.
Remove the SrtmMag ( above ) from your tiles folder, and add this.
