NewBee ? - Objects not compiled ?

Post by ToSch37 » Mon Jan 07, 2008 10:25 am

Ive installed yesterday SbuilderX 3.10

After trouble with using it under VISTA i got it to work under a XP plattform.

I creates polygons and compiled it, testet it and everything was fine.

(some roblems with the elevation of polygons)

Than I placed objects, selected objects and polygons. Before compiling, SBuilderX shows, that it will compile polygons and objects.

So I compiled it, but no object shown in FSX.

I checked elevation etc.

I load the scenery with a french utily (Wi...) and it shows NO objects..

The compiled scenery is only 1kb....(3 Polygons and 5 objects (should be))

Any hints to get the objects????

Thanks

Hello,

Please check the name of the files that were created in ../WORK folder. Then paste here its content (it can be either a XML file or a SCM file).

Regards,

Luis

Hello,

It is strange! Did the file get compiled (transformed into a BGL file)? If yes, was it copied to a folder that is active (in the scenery library)? Are you placing the objects in the air ( alt="180" AltitudeIsAgl="TRUE")?

Tell me if you discover more things!

Regards,

Luis

I tried something out, thats the case for the unusual settings.

It compiled the scenery and the scenery was placed in the scenery-folder as expected.

In FSX it shows the polygons correctly, but NO Objects.....

I compiled a photo scenery and its work, but again...no objects...

ive no further idea...

You?
