The values shown in the dialog is strange.

Hi guys,
I meet a problem that the values in the General tab of all the dialog are shown strange.

Some values should be float, such as Lat and Lon, but in my computer they are treat as integer. When I place a object on the position-N25.03 E102.44, I can change its pattern and this is OK.But if I click the general tab to set Alt, either the Lat and Lon become integer. After I click OK, the object will fly to N25.00 E102.00. I must drag it to the right position again.

I wonder if someone can help please?
