Background Tiles

I have version 3.10 and have installed all the updates, I think. I still have a problem downloading background tiles. I can get them to a zoom level of 12 and thats it. This is with either Google Earth or Virtual Earth. The rest don;t download at all.
What am I doing wrong?

The latest version that works with me is:

It seems that G*** blocks IPs that make large amount of accesses. Virtual Earth has no such problem. There is no reason why you can not get Zooms higher than 12 unless the data available for the region you are interested in is low resolution.
May be you also want to get maps using my little web page at:

Check the Zoom problem with it! You can customize the Lat=40.7777&Lon=-73.8752&Zoom=14 parameters and save the links on your desktop for repeated operation.

OK ...... I placed that GoogleServer in the tiles folder, Is that correct?

Yes. You replace the old dll file with the new one.
