SBuilderX not running after initial install

Windows 64 Bit Vista
SDK is installed
Registered version of FSUIPC installed and working
When I run SBuilderX after Installing I get

FSX Could not be found on this computer
Then I get

Then I get

Then I get

Then I want to hit my computer with a really big hammer

There are workarounds described here but the best is to use beta version 313. It is not available to the public but I can send you a private copy. No support will be available until we publish it.
