Windows 7

Post by eddiek94 » Sat Dec 11, 2010 4:03 pm

Does SBX work on Windows 7 (64 bit)? I get 2 error messages saying, Access to the path C:\Program Files (x86)\SBuilderX313\Tools\shp2vec.exe is denied. This is an unexpected error......., and then, Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow..... What am I doing wrong?, I've re downloaded and installed it twice and it still doesn't work. Any ideas?
Thanks

The simple answer is to uninstall SBuilderX and then reinstall it outside of the \Program Files folder(s). Maybe something like C:\SBuilderX? It's a permissions thing with Windows trying to protect you from yourself.

It may make the second problem go away, if not post back.
