How can I combine multiple .bmp files

Postby cfm_spool » Wed Sep 23, 2015 11:44 am

Hello.

I'm trying to combine multiple lvl-16 scenery here. I successfully merged multiple .bgl files (21 of them) into a single .bgl file.

Now I want to create water and blendmask for the scenery. So how do I stitch all the .bmp files into a single one, so I can edit it later in photo editing software to create the mask?

Thank you..

A very interesting problem.

As you know, a Multi-Source inf file lets you combine multiple sources into one unitary bgl. However, it will not merge the bitmaps for further editing.

You can, nevertheless, edit each individual bitmap, create your Water and Blend Mask for each one, then simply add entries to the inf file for all the Masks.

The resulting bgl will contain all sources, including Masks, in the bgl.

Best regards.
