Installation PT Terrain

Thank you for making this scenery free. I have followed the install instruction given in the downlaod page (no step 1 but only step 2) but after giving OK to my firewall to allow connection it seems nothing happens. I waited for about 30 minutes and than quit. I have an ADSL connection.
Is it possible that it takes more than 30 minutes to come up with the installation dialog and I just need to be more patient ?
